Fly Away Home is the movie we’ve been watching in our English class. The main characters in this film are Amy, his dad, his dad’s girlfriend and 12 geesse. The movie is mainly about Amy and the geesse.

Here’s how the story goes:

In the start Amy and her mother are involve in a car accident. Amy’s mum die’s and Amy gets injured. The injuries are not too bad.

When Amy wakes up from her nightmare, she finds her dad infront of her. He sadly tells her that her mum died. So he is incharge of her now, therefore he has to take her to his house, in Canada.

When Amy gets to her new house in Canada she doesn’t feel that comfortable. She says she can’t remember antthing for some reason , although she does. She misses her mum alot. Because they used to be really close to each other.

One day she was walking around in the forest, which was no longer a forest because allthe trees had been cut down, when she found some geese eggs. She carefully picked them up and took them home to look after.

In the next few months they grew older and stronger. They were soon young adults. Everything was perfect, except she needed to teach them how to fly and show them the way to immigrate to the South in the colder seasons.

Teaching them wasn’t an easy job. So his dad had an awesome idea of using his newly invented Ultralight Plane to teach them and show them the way. It didn’t work as they planned because the geese didn’t follow Amy’s dad. So Amy’s dad had to teach his daughter how to fly the Ultralight Plane. She soon got the hang of it.

In the next few months everything worked succesfully. The immigration season had finally came and it was time to fly the geese to the South.

Amy followed his dad and the geese followed Amy. It was all working out until a hunter, thinking that Amy’s dad’s plane was a goose (must be blind or something), shot it. The plane fell down.

Amy had to fly the geese and it all went well. THe geese flew to the South and they all lived happily ever after.
